  • 1   3 inch binder
  • 4 pocket folders (blue, red, green, yellow)
  • 3 composition notebooks
  • 1 spiral notebook
  • 3 packets of loose leaf notebook paper
  • 1 pencil pouch
  • 4 packs of 24 pencils
  • 1 pack of erasers
  • 1 pack of colored pencils
  • 2 pairs of ear buds
  • 6 boxes of Kleenex
  • 2 container of Clorox wipes
  • 1 large bottle of hand sanitizer
  • 2 reams of white copy paper
  • 1 pack of dry erase markers
  • 1 flash drive

  • PE: Bottoms (black: shorts, sweat pants or leggings), white t-shirt, athletic shoes that tie

Who should attend: Parents, grandparents, guardians, 8th grade students who plan on attending Washington, and/or those interested in supporting the 9th grade academy students and teachers at Washington.


During this meeting we will: 

*discuss the 9th grade transition process

*explain the 9th grade academy structure for the 2018-2019 school year.

*discuss academic goal and expectations

*distribute district forms (ie: physical, community service)

*2018-2019 Washington Freshmen Academy school supply list will be distributed

*tour of the Academy

Eisenhower will be hosting a back to school dance on Friday, September 15 from 5-7pm. Tickets will be on sale all this week and the cost is $2 in advance or $3 at the door Friday. Snacks will be available for purchase. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ID.
